3. Payments & Billing

  • All consultations, diagnostic tests, procedures, and surgeries are chargeable.

  • Payments must be made in full prior to or immediately after receiving services, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Accepted modes of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

4. Insurance & Third-Party Payments

  • We accept various insurance plans and third-party administrators (TPAs). It is the patient’s responsibility to verify coverage prior to availing services.

  • Patients must provide all required documents for cashless claims; failure to do so may result in self-payment.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation of scheduled procedures or diagnostic tests must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our hospital’s refund policy.

7. Visitor Policy
